The Neligh team has a reputation for being a hard-working team, and each one of them is always willing to help out in any way.
“My team always puts the customer first to serve them, they are amazing,” said Sarah Woodard, Neligh store manager. “I recently lost my husband, and the team pitched in to buy me a picture blanket for my birthday, that is just how they are.”
The team members not only know the regular customers by name, but they know their usual orders too. They have helped their regular coffee customers get set up on the Cubby’s app and Bear Bucks so they could save with the coffee coupon. These little extra steps are common with the Neligh team.
The Neligh store is well-connected to the community. The store has pizza coupons that local students use for a one topping pizza when they reach reading goals at school. Customers can take advantage of Neligh Bucks for chances to win coupons and certificates to local businesses in regular drawings.
“We love being part of the Cubby’s family,” said Sarah. “Our customers look forward to the chicken and weekly pizza specials, and it’s fun to share those with them.”
