Cubby’s is pleased to announce that our Mitchell West store, in west Mitchell, SD, is our September Store of the Month!
The Mitchell West team is led by store manager Joey Dent, who came to the store from the Mitchell East location in March 2021. She’s been a Cubby’s manager since November 2018.
“Our store is special because we treat our customers like our friends,” said Dent. “We strive to keep the store neat and clean, and a place people want to return to.”
The Mitchell West store sells Cubby’s pizza and Chester’s Chicken. In addition, the store offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items, and fresh baked goods are available all day.
The team at Mitchell West is known for going above and beyond to help each customer find what they need so they can be in and out and on their way.
“If a customer is having trouble at a pump, a team member will come out and assist them, regardless of the weather,” said Dent. “We think it is so important that everyone who visits our store feels like a valued customer.”
The Mitchell West store is currently participating in World of Works, a career exploration program for local high school students. The program provides opportunities for students to be exposed to different skill sets, and the value each person has in the community and the workforce. It’s a great way for our team to contribute to the community!
